‘Death March’ starring Jason Abalos, Zanjoe Marudo and Sam Milby is part of Cannes Film Fest
The movie “Death March,” which topbills Kapamilya actors Jason Abalos, Zanjoe Marudo and Sam Milby, is part of this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
Thess Gubi of Star Cinema shared the good news on Friday.
“Our film ‘Death March’ is selected in the 2013 Cannes Film Festival this May. It will be screened in [the] competition in the Un Certain Regard category,” Gubi said.
Directed by Adolfo Alix, Jr., “Death March” tells the story of the forcible transfer of 76,000 American and Filipino prisoners of war by the Japanese Army in 1942.
The Cannes Film Festival organizers unveiled its lineup on Thursday.
