Amelia Dela Cruz (Mylene Dizon) gave birth to her firt born son, Juan Dela Cruz (Coco Martin). Amelia gave birth to Juan at the church wherein father Cito (Jaime Fabregas) helped her. After she gave birth to Juan, Amelia asked Father Cito's favor to take good care of Juan and to guide him to goodness. Amelia even told Father Cito not to give Juan to his biological father who can ruin his life and the others. Meanwhile, Pepe (Joel Torre) together with his friends are searching for the vampires who killed his wife and family. Pepe is very determined to kill all the vampires because he also feared that the vampires could rule the world. The day after, at the church, Father Cito shared a story to the church goers about the life of Adolf Hitler's nanny. Like Adol Hitler's nanny, Father Cito doubted to take care of Juan who he know is going to kill thousands of men. Despite Father Cito's doubts, Father Cito decided to take care of Juan and guide him to goodness. Father Cito believes that Juan is going to be a good example to others, even though he is not like one of them. With this in mind, will Father Cito raise Juan the way he wanted to?
